Warranty terms

• Our 90-day warranty covers eligible panel defects, according to the written terms you receive. • Physical damage, accidental breakage and liquid damage are not covered, as stated in the warranty terms. • Replacement panels are compatible parts and are not necessarily original-brand parts. • Aftermarket MacBook panels may differ from Apple's original display in colour, brightness or other characteristics. • Hidden frame, cable, connector or board damage can affect the cost. We get your approval before any extra work. • You receive the applicable warranty terms in writing with your invoice. These are summary terms. The written warranty provided with your invoice is the governing document. 1. The warranty period is 90 days from the date of return of the device. 2. It covers manufacturing defects in the replacement panel, such as dead pixels beyond normal tolerance, lines or backlight failure not caused by external damage. 3. It does not cover physical damage, pressure marks, cracks, liquid damage, or damage caused by unauthorised repair after our service. 4. Remedy is repair or replacement of the panel at our discretion. 5. Please contact us on WhatsApp with your invoice to make a claim.
